In the heart of the city, the Refugium will open its doors from April 2026. Workshops and classes of all kinds await you, with a special focus on body-based adult education.

A space for conscious encounters and mindful connection

When we attended our first workshop, we had no idea that just a few years later we would open our own space for courses. Today, we’re typing these lines in fascination and are looking forward to creating a space for others where they can grow.

Lomi Lomi Basic Course

9. April - 12. April 2026

Massaging with warm oil on a couch – soothing for body, mind, and soul. No wonder Lomi Lomi Nui is also called the “Queen of Massages.” In this four-day course, you will learn the first fundamentals. Afterwards, you will already be able to give soothing massages.

Bullwhip Workshop – The Queen of Whips

Learn how to handle singletails like the bullwhip in a small group. Suitable for beginners and experienced participants. Individuals and couples welcome.

BDSM for Beginners

Reality instead of clichés: In “BDSM for Beginners” you’ll get a compact, well-grounded introduction to the broad field of BDSM—covering terms, possibilities, consent, aftercare, and plenty of time for your questions.
