In the heart of the city, the Refugium will open its doors from April 2026. Workshops and classes of all kinds await you, with a special focus on body-based adult education.

A space for conscious encounters and mindful connection

When we attended our first workshop, we had no idea that just a few years later we would open our own space for courses. Today, we’re typing these lines in fascination and are looking forward to creating a space for others where they can grow.

Opening at Refugium Aschaffenburg Refugium is opening its doors — and you’re warmly invited! From 12 noon on April 18 you can get to know our new space in a relaxed atmosphere, have a look around, ask questions, and chat with us. With coffee, tea, cake, and first encounters, you’ll get a sense of what’s possible at Refugium.
