Whether you call it fisting, fist-fucking, or something else: inserting your whole hand into another person’s body creates a very intense sensation. But how exactly does it work? This practical workshop provides insights into anatomy, preparation, toys, and execution.

We will discuss both anal and vaginal/fronthole fisting, the latter with the support of Jay Stark.

In addition to the theory, you will receive support for your practical experimentation, for all those who are present in an appropriate constellation and would like support.

The workshop is designed for individuals and couple or poly constellations. You don’t need to bring a fistee (fisting bottom) or top if you only want to listen.
