Great that you’d like to join! To secure your spot in a workshop or event at Refugium Aschaffenburg, please note the following.
How does registration work?
Your registration is only confirmed once we’ve received your payment. Until then, your spot unfortunately isn’t reserved—we’ll offer it to someone else if payment doesn’t come through. So it’s best to transfer the payment right after registering!
Payment by bank transfer
At the moment, we only accept payment by bank transfer.

Payment deadline
Please transfer the payment within 7 days of registering—or before the workshop if it takes place in less than 7 days.
As soon as your payment has arrived, we’ll take you off the waiting list and confirm your participation.
What should I put as the payment reference?
You have two options:
Option A – Username & platform
Simply enter your username and the platform you registered through—for example: FetLife YourUsername EventName or JoyClub YourUsername EventName.
Option B – Custom text
Would you like to keep it more discreet? No problem—just choose any payment reference you like. So we can match the payment, please send us a quick message with what you entered—via FetLife, JoyClub, or by email to info@refugium-aschaffenburg.de.
Cancellation
You can cancel free of charge up to 14 days before the workshop. Just send us a quick message.
Please note: Individual workshops may have different cancellation terms. In that case, you’ll find them directly in the respective workshop description—they take precedence.
